Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This contract provides for the improvement of Steele Street South by removing three inches of existing pavement, adding a three-inch HMA overlay, removing and replacing sections of curb, gutter, and sidewalk to conform to ADA guidelines, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Special Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
