Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
This is a Design-Bid-Build (DBB) construction project to replace the existing rooftop unit, ductwork, VAV boxes, hot water heating piping, mini-split system, and controls, and providing a new single zone VAV system, ductwork, and DDC controls. The hot water heating system will be modified and the new controls will be connected to the existing Tridium/Niagara BAS and incidental related work. Most of the work will be performed on the roof, building monitor, and mechanical room in building 309. The work in the building monitor is on an elevated platform with limited access.
