A bid bond equal to 100% of the bid or a certified check, cashier's check, or a letter of credit in the amount of 10% of the bid to be held as guarantee that in the event a contract is awarded to the bidder, such contract will be duly executed, and its performance properly secured. Should any bid not be awarded or be rejected, such check or bond will be returned to the bidder or bidders after the execution of the contract. The award of this contract shall be to the lowest and best bidder. The City of Tallmadge reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid(s) deemed most beneficial to the City of Tallmadge. The bidder is responsible for monitoring the above-named website for any official addenda.
