Site work, remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Washington, District of Columbia. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.

The intent of this project is to remove and replace existing seven (7) fire hydrants #s H-114, H-132, H-146, H-154, H-168, H-190, and H-196 and their respective valves. Refer to the referenced drawing in part 6 of the SOW; the following four (4) hydrants need their isolation valves replaced, H-116, H-158, H-166, H-228; Erosion and Sediment Control permits will be required from Washington D.C. and shall be the responsibilities of the design-build contractor; digging permits will be required prior to excavations and shall be the responsibilities of the Design-Build Contractor to coordinate and obtain through the contracting officer; repair any damaged parking areas during construction to match existing conditions; and conduct fire flow tests to determine static and residual pressures.
