Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kenton, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Complete roadway reconstruction of Detroit Street and Main Street. Other work includes replacement of storm sewers, sanitary sewers, water lines, lead service line replacement, permeable pavement, and stormwater best management practices. Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially complete within 550 calendar days, and will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions in an additional 30 calendar days. The Project has an expected duration of 18 months after the award, to be completed prior to July 4, 2025. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty Bond for the full amount (100%) of the Bid, in favor of the "Owner" or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305 of the Ohio Revised Code, in the amount of 10% of the Bid, payable to the "Owner".
