Renovation of an educational facility in Montreal, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Upgrades and repairs to the University buildings located on the Montreal and Saint-Hyacinth campuses. The scope of the project includes replacement of air conditioning, refrigerating and cooling equipment using R22 cooling agent. The work will be perform in 504, 555, 559, 563, 615, 620, 621 pavilions of the Univsersity. Official project title: 55945_Rempl équip réfrig R22_Divers pavillons à Montréal et à Saint-Hyacinthe. Project is expected to be implemented by packages. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded professional consultants to provide design and construction work monitoring services and split the construction program into separate packages that are now followed in the report under CRM ID names: - UdeM Pavillon Samuel-Bronfman (504) Renovation - Cooling System Upgrades; - UdeM Pavillon Marie-Victorin (555) Upgrades - Cooling System; - UdeM Pavillon Marguerite-d'Youville/Liliane-de-Stewart (559) Upgrades - Cooling; - UdeM Pavillon de la Faculté de l'Aménagement (563) Upgrades - Cooling System; - UdeM Pavillon 615 Upgrades - Cooling System; - UdeM Bibliothèque de Médecine Vétérinaire (620) Upgrades - Cooling System and - UdeM Pavillon 621 Upgrades - Cooling System.
