Renovation of a mixed-use development in Washington, District of Columbia. Working plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Bid is cancelled THE PURPOSE OF THIS REACTIVATION IS TO INFORM THOSE INTERESTED PARTIES THAT THIS SOLICITATION HAS BEEN CANCELED. The Government requires contractor support with Space Layout and Floor Creation, Creation of the electrical Floor , Furniture , Purchase, shipping and Installation for the space renovation. The contractor shall meet space dimension requirements as established by VA Floor Attachment A. The contractor shall use the existing square footage of space to create three (3) different space / layout scenarios using the furniture shown in Attachment B: Proposed Furniture. The government will select the best and final /layout. Attachment E shows a sample layout of the desktop support workstations/booths that is required for the tech working area that is separate from their personal workstations. The Government will select and approve the layout, the contractor will be required to provide an electrical floor plan identifying core drill placement and the furniture power requirements. All other criteria forth in attached specification (Attachment B Proposed Furniture and Attachment C Technical Furniture Specification) will describe the range of workstations and components which the Government expects to order. All products listed in the table below are to be delivered and installed at the Department of Veteran Affairs building at 810 Vermont Ave NW Washington, DC and 7100 Old Landover Rd Hyattsville, MD (Warehouse).
