Description

Renovation of a medical facility in Trail, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Scope of Work; Install new air to water heat pump in main boiler room, complete with double wall heat exchanger, to heat the domestic hot water (DHW). Heat pump to provide a leaving water temperature (LWT) greater than 60 degrees Celsius, and preheat the domestic cold water (DCW) service to the DHW storage tank (DHW-2), located in the main boiler room. Steam boilers to provide DHW under peak load conditions. Provide new 30A/3ph breaker in existing delayed vital 600V panel. Note: Domestic hot water system to remain operational during construction.
