Demolition, site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Quincy, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for the construction of a municipal facility.

TRC - New Quincy Trial Court, Quincy, MA. This project will replace the existing District Court with a new Justice Center equipped with modern court facilities for District, Juvenile, and Housing Courts. The new building will contain 11 court and hearing rooms, modernized office spaces, expanded detention facilities, safe and secure circulation corridors, and expanded public space for court support functions. Work will include an early package to demolish the existing structure and then construct a new facility on the site, estimated at 130,000 SF, along with renovations to the existing parking structure and site work to construct additional surface parking and vehicle circulation.
