The Work will consist of:: Providing new interview rooms (RN and booking), including storefronts, doors, accessories, furniture, and finishes. o Providing new exam room, including partitions, door, casework, sink, finishes, and accessories. o Providing lighting, power, & data modifications or improvements. o Providing mechanical system modifications or improvements. o Providing fire alarm system & fire sprinkler modifications or improvements. o Constructing the work in three phases as shown in the A2-1 Overall Floor Plan - Phasing and Logistics - Basement and outlined per Section 00 11 00, Part 1.06 ("Contract Times"). o Providing floor finishes for Phase 3 work. o Coordination of security requirements as required by Section The Contract Time for the completion of all the Work of the Project is 205 calendar Days from the Commencement Date in Owners Notice to Proceed. Designated portions of the Work must be completed according to the following Milestones. Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the entire Work no later than 145 Days from the Commencement Date. Contractor shall achieve Final Completion of the entire Work no later than 205 Days from the Commencement Date. Each Bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or a bond in the sum of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total aggregate of the Bid price, including all additive Bid items.
