Roosevelt Middle School, 300 13th St. NW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52405 Bid Security shall be in the form of a cashier's check or certified check drawn on a bank in Iowa or a bank chartered under the laws of the United States of America, or a certified bank share draft drawn on a credit union in Iowa or chartered under the laws of the United States of America or a bid bond with corporate surety satisfactory to the Owner The bid security will be held by the Owner until a contract is fully executed and bonds are approved by the Owner Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. General Contract (all trades) Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. Work to Begin on: June 1, 2024 or upon completion of the last day of school. Work Substantially Complete on or before: August 2, 2024.
