Renovation of a medical facility in Chicago, Illinois. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
CCH's Dept. of Radiology seeks a turnkey solution that entails the purchase and installation of four (4) CT Scanners with injectors, which includes, room refresh with floor, paint, cabinetry. One of the 4 CT scanners is a dedicated CT Simulator Scanner for Radiation Therapy. The Department of Radiology is aiming for a complete installation of four (4) CT units, which includes an injector and room refresh. Each room will have one injector with a control box, mounted on the ceiling. The Medrad Stellant dual barrel injectors will also have patient safety options. The turnkey installation will cover the flooring, painting, cabinetry, and sink, among others. The units should have more than adequate capabilities to function in a high-volume environment ED/Trauma/inpatient and be optimized to perform coronary computed tomography angiogram (CTA) and stroke perfusion imaging in these settings. Also, a dedicated CT Simulator Scanner for Radiation Therapy. VENDOR QUESTIONS DUE DATE: August 14, 2023, by 2:00 P.M. CT. All questions regarding this RFQ should be directed to online website. The term of services shall be for twelve (12) months, with option to extend the term for one additional one (1) year terms if project deliverables are met.
