Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Keokuk, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
Project Description: Project consists of a new, conventional framed structure containing sleeping rooms, living and work area, and three-bay garage for EMS ambulance facility. Project Location: 25 N 16th Street (Approximate) Corner of N. 16th and Blondeau Street Keokuk, Iowa 52632 Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work Base Bid "A" General Contract (all trades). Alternate Bid #1 - Asphalt Shingles in lieu of Standing Seam metal roof and Horizontal Cement Board Siding in lieu of Formed Metal Wall Panels. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent (5%) of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Project consists of a new pre-engineered metal building containing sleeping rooms, living and work area, and three-bay garage.
