Site work and paving for a road / highway in West Liberty, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The City of West Liberty will be accepting sealed bids on asphalt, bituminous concrete withing the limits of West Liberty. Companies will bid as placed per ton. Bidders will furnish all necessary equipment, grader, brooms distributor, leader, spread box, flagmen, etc. and bidder will remove asphalt or concrete where required. All invoices will be turned into City Hall Administrative Office on a daily basis for accounting purposes. The City of West Liberty reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The City of West Liberty is an equal opportunity provider.
