Sally Port: This project will have to be completed in two phases due to the location of the damage and incoming prisoners/detainees. Contractors will have to take into consideration the level of security that will have to be maintained during the work. Tool inventory and placement of equipment will be priority. The work will consist of removal of damaged concrete around the trench floor drain. The trench drain will need to be re-set with anchor bolts and embedded to the new concrete. The finish on the new concrete will need to match the existing concrete. This will be completed by trowel/float finish. Specification of concrete needing replaced. - West Side of Trench Drain The removal and replacement of 14' x 12' x 6" of concrete square west of trench drain. The removal and replacement of 8'4" x 2' x 6" of concrete on the north/west side of the trench drain.
