Renovation of an educational facility in Farmington, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 17,116-square-foot educational facility.
Shiprock South Campus Math and Science Building Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) for the procurement of Furnishings, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) for the new Shiprock South Campus Math & Science Building located on US Highway 491, in Shiprock, New Mexico, San Juan County. The new building is approximately 17,116 square feet, with construction recently completed. All inquiries/questions shall be sent in writing via email to Teresa Holtsoi (email: tholtsoi@dinecollege.edu) by 08/25/2023 by 3:00P.M. The new Diné College Math Science Building is located at Shiprock, NM. The project is designed to achieve LEED Silver. Included will be construction of new parking lot facilities which will be connected to the existing Diné Campus. The new math science building is comprised of a 17,116 SF facility and accommodates approximately 562 students. Details regarding the school layout and FF&E plans are included in Attachment F. These will consist of a room by room FF&E Plan and the building plan (F). Details regarding currently specified manufacturers (subject to change in the RFDP) are included in Attachment E; it is these manufacturers to whom the list of preferential pricing is referenced. However, Offerors should note that the package will include but not be limited to standard classroom and administrative office furnishings, Science Labs, and Student Lounge / Lobby areas
