Renovation of a fire / police facility in Langley, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The Township requires the services of a General Contractor with proven expertise, resources, capability, and history in Municipal facilities renovation/improvement projects to complete building improvements at the RCMP Main Detachment. The renovation of the existing Operations Call Centre office space will include items such as demolition of existing interior walls, finishes, mechanical and electrical systems, new interior wall framing, new carpet tiles on existing access floor, new kitchenette millwork, new T-bar, extensive mechanical upgrades, the addition of a pre-action chemical fire suppression system, lighting and power upgrades, washroom fixtures and finishes, and interior finishes. Retrofits to the existing fire suppression system will also be required. The Consulting team has been finalized and design work is generally complete.
