Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Wrentham, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a elderly care / assisted living facility.
Please submit questions via email to CLovett@Wrentham.gov Chad T. Lovett ' Director of Facilities and Capital Planning Tarp sides of building and grounds for debris. Remove and dispose of legally all roofing, ice and water shield and paper from building down to wood decking. Re-nail existing plywood as needed in order to provide a smooth substrate. Install CertainTeed WinterGuard Ice & Water Shield (or approved equal) on bottom 61 at eaves, 3' in valleys, 18" at roof to wall connections and around all roof penetrations. Install CertainTeed Roof Runner synthetic paper (or approved equal) over remaining roof areas. Install 8" white metal drip edge on eaves and rakes. Install CertainTeed Sure Start (or approved equal) starter course on eaves and rakes. Install CertainTeed Landmark lifetime architectural shingle (or approved equal) over roof area. Install new ridge vent on all peaks. Install new CertainTeed hip and ridge caps (or approved equal). Replace all pipe boots. Clean grounds and dispose of appropriately. Clean gutters. Use high powered magnet to pick up nails from ground Provide a 5-year workmanship warranty from date of completion.
