Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Estimate: $275,000 In general, this work consists of: Installation of 12-inch purple C-900 reclaimed water line by trenchless construction, including bends and fittings, per 30TAC Chapter 210 regulations. All reclaimed water line piping shall include restrained joints. Installation of steel casing, by trenchless construction, including bends and fittings. Steel casing shall be properly sized to house 12-inch purple C-900 reclaimed water line. Connection to existing 12-inch reclaimed water line with hymax couplings by wet connection. Coordination with Clear Lake City Water Authority when connecting to existing reclaimed water line and before any disruptions in service. Remove existing 12-inch reclaimed water line. Control of surface and ground water. Storm water pollution prevention plan to be installed, maintained, and removed. Trench Safety. Site restoration of City of Houston Street right of way and Harris County Flood Control District right of way including removing and replacing concrete sidewalks, driveways, concrete pavement, asphalt pavement, damaged fences, turf, plants, trees, and shrubs.
