Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Gilbert, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
This will be a Construction Manager at Risk Project pursuant to ARS Section 34- 601 et seq. A general description of the Project is: The remaining approximate 185 acres of the basin area serves two purposes: flood control and storm water retention, as well as park and recreation amenities. The first phase of the park has been completed, this project is for phases 2 and 3 of design and construction to include sports fields, dog park, skate park, pump track, maintenance yard, trails, and other active and passive recreational amenities. Access to Ocotillo Road is also planned. It is highly recommended that all prospective Proposers attend, as Proposer responsibility issues will be discussed, along with Project requirements.
