Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Greeneville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Town of Greeneville is now accepting bids for repairs to Tennis Facility including sheet rock, insulation, flooring,and crawl space barrier The Town reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive technicalities or informalities, and to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. Please bid the following items as one complete job: o Replace 1/2 " sheetrock in entire building o Paint sheetrock o Install R-13 Insulation in walls o Install Vinyl Plank flooring and baseboards o Toe board on cabinets in kitchen o Install Crawl Space Vapor Barrier o 20 mil 2,000 sf (anything under 20 mil will not be accepted) o Seal top of plastic along walls with tape seal and pins every 12-18" o Install R19 Factor Crawl Space insulation with paper back facing the subfloor, not the ground o Insure ground floor is free from all debris (no sharp objects to be le under plastic that may puncture plastic) The Town would like to use one contractor for all services.
