Renovation of a medical facility in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade medical facility.
CMHA The Rise Center A certified check or bank draft, payable to the Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority, U.S. executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a Performance & Payment Bond:100% Project Duration - The Base Bid of this project must be complete within Two Hundred Seventy-Four (274) calendar days of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. CMHA Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids, in Whole or in Part, and to Accept or Reject Any or All Alternates. Contracts May Be Awarded to the "Lowest and Best Bidder" as Determined at the Discretion of CMHA. No deposits will be refunded after 14 calendar days.
