The City of Redlands (City) invites your proposal to provide Construction Drawings and Specifications for the Texonia Park Renovation and Rehabilitation to the Facilities and Community Services Department. The City of Redland's Sylvan Park is located at 525 North University Street. A portion of the park is being redesigned to add a BMX pump track. The City seeks to enter a Professional Services Contract with the winning Proposer to develop the specifications, construction drawings, traffic control plans and an Engineers Estimate to complete the BMX pump track. Construction Management will be performed by City Staff. Respondents shall not issue any news releases or make any statement to the news media pertaining to this RFP, proposal, contract, or any work resulting there from without the prior written consent of the City. Scope of Work Services will include, but are not limited to: o A complete set of construction drawings for an asphalt pump track suitable for mountain bikes, bmx bikes, and riders of all skill levels. o Construction documents o Engineers Estimate suitable for bidding purposes o Bid package development o Construction administration o Preparing and submitting plans and drawings to the City's Building & Safety Division.
