Contractor shall the furnish of all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to demolish, remove, haul away the existing bike trail bridge, and design and install 1 walk/bike trail bridge connecting the existing 5ft wide concrete sidewalk sections. This newly constructed bridge shall be constructed with aluminum material and adjustable to high or low water levels, and the newly constructed bridge shall be designed and constructed in accordance with any and all applicable ADA regulation(s)/requirement(s). Town staff is requesting to receive quotes on a 5ft x 50ft floating bridge with handrails on both sides either a straight or arched floating bridge with a gated opening in the center for any future additions to the floating bridge as shown in EXHIBIT "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof. Contractor shall be responsible for complying with applicable law, and Contractor shall submit all plans to the Town of Dundee for approval and permitting. The project is budgeted at $50,000.00.
