Project Scope This project involves major interior renovations throughout the campus, as well as, a new secured front entry vestibule, corridor upgrades, and life cycle improvements including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP). The project will also include technology and security upgrades, interior upgrades to the common areas, media center, visual arts classrooms, fine arts rooms, science labs, special education classrooms (SPED), weight room, and removal of the portables and minor exterior and site improvements. The addition will feature new administration, cafeteria, and kitchen, and will connect both the middle school and elementary school to form one campus. PROCEDEO is responsible for managing all processes, from planning through close out, on the Rosemont Middle School, while serving as an extension of the Fort Worth ISD CIP team to support their goals and interests.
