The general scope of work for this project includes providing labor, material, and equipment to replace failed 6" DR17 fusion welded HDPE force sewer main sleeved in 10" DR11 fusion-welded HDPE with new 6" DR11 fusionwelded HDPE within existing sleeve under the Pemigewasset River in Holderness and Plymouth. A temporary sewer pump line will need to be installed during the replacement. Additionally, the sewer connection manhole in Holderness will be removed and replaced with new structure to allow for the installation of a cleanout. 1600' of 6" DIPS SDR 11 pipe has already been procured by PSU for temp bypass installation and new main. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, bank draft or certified check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid. Simultaneously with delivery of the fully executed contract, the successful bidder shall deliver to the Owner's Agent executed performance and payment bonds, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract sum, as security for the faithful performance of his contract and for the payment of all persons performing labor or furnishing materials in connection therewith.
