The goal of this project is to reduce the energy consumption and improve the operation of equipment through modifications to the operating schedules, controls sequences, addition of variable speed drives, and making repairs. A recommissioning investigation has been conducted by an engineering consultant where several recommissioning measures in a form of Excel spreadsheet master list of findings "MLF" was developed. Each building has its own MLF where the detailed scope of work corresponding to each of the recommissioning measure is provided. The supporting documents available for each building will be provided along the MLF, including but not limited to O&M manuals, previous TAB reports, available control drawings and/or current sequences of operation. The Proponent is responsible for implementing the optimized BAS programming schedules and controls sequences, adding any additional control points for newly controlled equipment and/or sensors and/or actuators, installing variable speed drives, and performing repairs, all of which is detailed in the MLF for each building. JCCLP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to revise the RFP, to request one or more re-submissions or clarifications from one or more of the Proponents, to negotiate with one or more Proponent's, or to cancel the RFP in part or in its entirety when it is in JCCLP's best interest. Any such re-submissions or clarifications and/or negotiations with the Proponent will form part and will be integrated as part of any subsequent subcontract award.
