Scope of Services: The work shall consist of, but is not limited to, providing all labor, materials, tools, appliances and facilities as required, to perform, in a workmanlike manner, all work and services to construct an extension to Bluebird Drive through Beulieu Park, connecting it to From Boustany Drive. Related work will include excavation, erosion protection, storm drainage, articulated block mat (revetment) lining, paving, tree and root removal, and other miscellaneous and associated work.
