SCOPE OF WORK: The intent of this Invitation to bid is to obtain a contract for traffic signal mast arm re-wiring & retroreflective backplate installation at existing signalized intersections in the City of New Orleans If this solicitation is federally funded, prospective bidder/respondent must pay particular attention to all applicable laws and regulations of the Federal government and the State of Louisiana.
