Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Covington, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work consists of demolition of existing Portland cement concrete pavement roadway and walks and drives and installation of new Portland cement concrete pavement, Portland cement concrete walks and drives, new storm drain system, and ancillary construction. Bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of certified check, cashiers check, or Bid Bond as prescribed by LA RS 38:2218.A.C, in the amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount bid and payable without conditions to the Owner as a guarantee that the Bidder, if awarded the Contract, will promptly execute a Contract in accordance with his proposal and all terms and conditions of the Contract Documents
