The Bid Shall Be on a Bulk Basis and Material Shall Meet the Following Specifications: 1. Anhydrous Ammonia Chemical Requirements Refrigerant Grade Anhydrous Am Monia or Better and Meet All Awwa Standards for Potable Water Application. Ammonia 99.98% Minimum 99.99% Typical Oil 3 Ppm Maximum 1 Ppm Typical Water 150 Ppm Maximum 50 Ppm Typical Anhydrous Ammonia to Be Bid Delivered to the Plant Site in Peppertown, Mississippi. De -Livery Times Recognized at the Plant Will Be Monday - Friday, 8 Am to 4 Pm. Size of Orders Will Be Based on Available Storage at the Plant. (1st Qtr) All Prices Shall Be for Bulk Quanti- Ties and Said Prices Shall Remain Constant for a Pe- Riod of Three Calendar Months, January 1st, 2024 Thru March 31st, 2024, Fol- Lowing the Acceptance of the Bids. The District Shall Not Recognize Any Modifications to the Price of the Chemicals During Quarter, Including but Not Limited to Fuel Surcharges and Other Charges. (2 Qtr Bid) All Prices Shall Be for Bulk Quantities and Said Prices Shall Remain Constant for a Period of Six Calendar Months, January 1st, 2024 Thru June 30th, 2024, Following the Acceptance of the Bids. The District Shall Not Recognize Any Modifications to the Price of the Chemicals During the Two Quarter, Including but Not Limited to Fuel Surcharges and Other Charges. Invoices Received After the Third Wednesday of the Month, Will Be Paid the Following Month. The District Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids. The Northeast Mississippi Regional Water Supply District Reserves the Right to Accept Alternate Bids in the Event the Primary Supplier is Unable to Provide Product as Specified. Ammonia Must Be Ansi/nsf Standard 60 Approved. All Vendors Shall Provide Certificate of Ansi/nsf Standard 60 Approvals. This Shall Be Submitted With Your Bid.
