Grease Removal The Agency has one (1) - one-thousand (1000) gallon grease trap, one (1) - five-hundred (500) gallon grease trap, and one (1) - one-hundred (100) gallon grease trap. Three (3) lift stations are located at different intervals across the compound all at the address listed. Successful vendor is to provide all equipment and vacuum truck, as described below, to pump out and dispose of grease and/or waste material in a legal manner. Services are to be performed at least monthly on the main kitchen grease trap and main lift station and as needed on all others. The main grease trap is located in front of the kitchen. Successful vendor will be responsible for pumping out entire contents of each grease trap and only skimming the grease off the top of the main lift station. Truck tank size: A minimum of three- thousand sixhundred (3,600) gallons. Hose: four inch (4") suction hose, thirty feet (30') long with thirty (30) psi vacuum Wand: twenty-five feet (25') at three- thousand (3,000) psi This solicitation is to establish a Service Contract to provide Grease Removal as specified for the Louisiana Department of Corrections for an initial period beginning date of award and ending June 30, 2024. At the option of the State of Louisiana and acceptance by the Contractor, this contract may be renewed for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods at the same prices, terms and conditions. Total contract time not to exceed thirty-six (36) months. It is the intent of the State to award this contract on an individual basis to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder(s) meeting the specifications. The State further reserves the right to reject individual line items from the award.
