Scope of Services In consideration of the compensation stated in paragraph 2, the Service Provider agrees to provide BTU with the services as described in Exhibit A, Specifications & Price Sheet, which is incorporated herein by reference for all purposes, and which services may be more generally described Re: Cadillac Ranch HVAC Relocation / Replacement and Walk In Cooler Replacement. Question Deadline 09/25/2023 at 12:00 PM CT Project begins 1/8/24 Project completed on or before 2/10/24 A certificate or cashier s check on a state or national bank of the State of Texas, or a Bidders Bond from an acceptable surety company, authorized to transact business in the State of Texas, in the amount of no less than five percent (5%) of the total bid amount When the contract amount is $50,000 or more, a payment bond in an amount of not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price When the contract amount is $100,000 or more, a performance and a payment bond in an amount of not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, Bryan Texas Utilities reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities and technicalities, to accept the offer considered most advantageous in order to obtain the best value for Bryan Texas Utilities.
