Description

Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Brentwood, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Work Consist of : Remove and replace the synthetic turf playing field surfaces on existing fields No. 2 & No. 3, with a limited extent of silt fence installation and soil & erosion control measures in place. Also includes limited removal and replacement of the perimeter flush curb mow strip and bleacher pads at the south side of field No. 3. Estimated Range: $1,129,000.00 - $1,527,550.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
