Renovation of a municipal facility in Arlington, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Tarrant County Southeast Annex Building Roof Replacement. Construct work as described in the Contract Documents. The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all material, appurtenances, tools, equipment, labor, and incidentals necessary to remove the existing roofing system down to the deck, repair, and damages, and install a complete and serviceable 2 ply SBS modified bitumen roofing system, including insulation and cover board, and providing a 20-Year Warranty from the Primary Material Manufacturer. Replacing all roof drain strainers and hardware. Abandoning existing overflow scuppers. Install new overflow scuppers. Repair the existing exterior wall as noted on the plans.
