Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Collierville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This is a bid for furnishing all labor, equipment and materials required in performing all operations necessary in connection with street resurfacing at various locations within the Town of Collierville, TN. Surface adjustment of Town manhole rings and valve rings, as requested by the Town, will also be required. Work under this contract shall be addressed and undertaken in two (2) separate phases; Phase 1 - Fall 2023 and Phase 2 - Spring 2024. Both phases will be within the Town of Collierville's Fiscal Year 2023 - 2024.
