The department concerned by this call for tenders is the Asset Management and Development Department, including the Buildings Department (IS), which manages the HLM stock. The contract is to render the services and perform all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without limitation, the SUPPLIER must carry out work aimed, among other things, at clearing vacant and/or occupied dwellings including common areas, community halls, technical rooms and/or garages; work related to exploratory openings in interior and/or exterior walls as part of expert appraisals; facade and/or component securing work, as well as miscellaneous partial and ad hoc work, including demolition, dismantling, patching and repairs to targeted components.
