Demolition, site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Comstock, Wisconsin. Working plans call for the addition of a 2,304-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; for the renovation of a 384-square-foot municipal facility; and pre-engineered storage facility.
This project was put on hold as of 9/11/2023. An updated timeline of the rebid of this project will be available at a later date. The Town Board of the Town of Johnstown, Polk County, WI is requesting bids for an addition to the town shed and meeting area. The bid shall include Engineered Plans in compliance with Commercial State Specifications, including all required permits. Post frame 48' x48' machine storage area and 16' x24' meeting area. Minimum bid inclusions: 18'x12' overhead door with opener, (2) 3'x3' windows, (2) exterior solid steel commercial grade service doors, fire retardant dividing wall, insulation, 1 service door dormer, HVAC system, concrete, floor drains. Bid shall include a breakdown of the major portions of the project such as: Engineered Plan, structure, concrete, interior finishing, etc. Proof of liability and worker's compensation insurance is required. Desired completion date: January 1, 2024. The Town of Johnstown reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities in any bid, and to accept any bid or portion of a bid that is advantageous to the Town of Johnstown.
