The United States Property Fiscal Office (USPFO) on behalf of the West Virginia Army National Guard (WVARNG) is requesting a quote for Demarcation Relocation. This requirement is being requested lowest priced technically acceptable (LPTA) Brand Name or Equal. To be considered technically acceptable you must provide a quote that meets all specifications listed below. Please provide a quote in accordance with your terms & conditions. Offerors shall submit a maximum of the three most recent and relevant Government (Federal and DoD) contracts occurring within the past three years from the release date of the RFQ that are similar in size and to requirements of the RFQ. Offerors shall identify pertinent past history, which indicates that similar efforts of equal or greater complexity have been performed using the Offeror's existing capability and demonstrate satisfaction of customer requirements. The Government plans to rely on existing documentation from Federal databases to the maximum extent practicable. Sources of existing information available to the Government include, but are not limited to, CPARS and FAPIIS. The Government may use past information obtained from sources other than those identified by the Offeror. : There will be only one (1) before bid closing.
