Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Loveland, Colorado. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Reference Number 0000328144 This project includes demolition of eight (8) structures located at the following addresses: 1403 W. 11th Street, 1103 N. Taft Avenue, 1105 N. Taft Avenue, 1309 N. Taft Avenue, 1315 N. Taft Avenue, 1317 N. Taft Avenue, 1319 N. Taft Avenue and 1402 W. Eisenhower Boulevard. The City intends to select a Contractor through this bidding process for demolition of all structures in compliance with all environmental regulations and for remediation of the entire site to level ground (e.g., removal of the building structures and foundations, removal of water and sewer utility lines, removal of concrete flatwork and proper backfill of the site). The City estimates the demolition of these structures will take 28 calendar days (4 working weeks) to complete. The following properties are included in this project: 1403 W. 11th Street is an approximately 1,267 square foot single story residence with an 822 square foot partially finished basement, crawlspace and detached shed. 1103 N. Taft Avenue is an approximately 957 square foot single story residence (no basement) and detached shed. 1105 N. Taft Avenue is an approximately 1,184 square foot, single story residence with a 1,184 square foot partially finished basement. 1309 N. Taft Avenue is an approximately 904 square foot single story residence (no basement) with a detached shed. 1315 N. Taft Avenue is an approximately 1,127 square foot single story residence (no basement). 1317 N. Taft Avenue is an approximately 1,128 square foot single story residence with a 645 square foot finished basement. 1319 N. Taft Avenue is an approximately 1,093 square foot single story residence (no basement). 1402 W. Eisenhower Boulevard is an approximately 1,826 square foot single story commercial office building with a 549 square foot basement. The removal of the two trees, all shrubs/bushes, all landscaping all concrete flatwork and the business sign are also included. (Business sign to be returned to the City unless otherwise directed by the City for disposal). The City intends to select a Contractor through this bidding process for demolition of all structures in compliance with all environmental regulations and for remediation of the entire site to level ground (e.g., removal of the building structures and foundations, removal of water and sewer utility lines, removal of concrete flatwork and proper backfill of the site). The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities and irregularities.
