Renovation of a mixed-use development in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bayless School District Administration Building HVAC Design Build Sealed bids are requested from qualified mechanical contractors for an HVAC Upgrade at Bayless School District Administration Building. Only mechanical Contractors meeting the specified requirements within the contract documents will be considered as qualified bidders. The project consists of replacing existing HVAC at the new District Administration Building. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bidders must provide a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the proposed contract sum. The successful bidder will be required to provide 100% Performance and Payment Bonds, and to comply with the Missouri Department of Labor Standards Prevailing Wage Rates.
