Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Gallatin, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
o Clean Parking lot of all debris . Fill cracks in parking lot with crack filler. o Apply two coats of polymodified sealcoat with sand. Re-stripe parking lot with same layout including handicap spots with commercial street set striping paint. o Work must be completed on Saturdays and/ or Sundays. City will have all equipment and vehicles moved out of Sparking lot. o Bidder must schedule site visit and verify quantities before bidding. o Contact Richard Depriest to make appointment for site visit @615-388-9094 The City of Gallatin will award the contract to lowest responsible and responsive bidder meeting specifications, quality, and performance standards pursuant to the Municipal Purchasing Act of 1983. Response will be based on the following factors; Completeness of response o Cost o Vendor track record, including references Quality of service and product performance *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
