Cannelton, WV 25036- described as Surf 38 Bell Creek. Valley District Tax Map 4 Parcel 81 7630 Okey L Patteson Rd. Scarbro, WV 25917- described as Lot 7 Whipple SD 2, Plateau District Tax Map 29G Parcel 126 1072 Pea Ridge Rd. Oak Hill, WV 25901- described as 2.50/Meadow Fk, Plateau District Tax Map 22R Parcel 51 1352 Scarbro Rd. Scarbro, WV 25917- described as Surf 444/Scarbro Manns Groc 430/686, Plateau District Tax Map 29R Parcel 263 Each bidder must submit a WV Contractor license, and liability insurance (minimum limit of $1,000,000.00) and performance bond. Contractors will adhere to all local, state, and federal law and shall follow all State and Federal Asbestos and other hazardous waste regulations required for demolition, transportation, and disposal; abide by the Asbestos Abatement Licensing Rule as promulgated by the State of WV Division of Health.
