Lift Station No. 1 The work includes but is not limited to the demolition and removal of existing T-Lock liner; the application of one-inch (1") of concrete repair mortar to all areas of the wet well walls and underside of top slab; application of a 100% solids epoxy coating system to the wet well walls and underside of top slab; blasting and recoating of all above ground piping and valves; demolition and replacement of all wet well piping, fittings, and supports, including protective coatings; demolition and replacement of all pump guide rails and support brackets; bypass pumping system during the entire duration of work; site restoration; and all else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station. Supplemental Item - Demolish and replace the existing above ground piping and valves, complete with the application of protective coatings. Lift Station No. 2 The work includes but is not limited to the blasting and recoating the wet well walls and underside of top slab; the application of one-inch (1") of concrete repair mortar to all areas of the wet well walls and underside of top slab; application of a 100% solids epoxy coating system to the wet well walls and underside of top slab; slab; blasting and recoating of all above ground piping and valves; demolition and replacement of all above ground piping and valves, including protective coatings; demolition and replacement of all wet well piping, fittings, and supports, including protective coatings; demolition and replacement of all pump guide rails and support brackets; installation of precast steps at the main service disconnect; bypass pumping system during the entire duration of work; site restoration; and all else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station. Supplemental Item - Demolish and replace the existing above ground piping and valves, complete with the application of protective coatings. On-Site WWTP Lift Station The work includes but is not limited to demolition and removal of existing T-Lock liner; the application of one-inch (1") of concrete repair mortar to all areas of the wet well walls and underside of top slab; application of a 100% solids epoxy coating system to the wet well walls and underside of top slab; blasting and recoating of all above ground piping and valves; demolition and replacement of all wet well piping, fittings, and supports, including protective coatings; demolition and replacement of all pump guide rails and support brackets; bypass pumping system during the entire duration of work; miscellaneous conduit modifications; site restoration; and all else as shown on the construction drawings and detailed in the specifications for a fully functioning lift station. Scope of Work of the Contract Documents includes the following: Construction of Lift Station Nos. 1, 2, and On-Site WWTP Lift Station Improvements. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Any questioned Work may be ordered by Engineer to be taken up or removed for re-examination prior to Final Acceptance, and if found not in accordance with the Contract Documents for said Work, all expense of removing, reexamination, and replacement shall be borne by Contractor; cost of uncovering any Work will be borne by Owner only when the Work is found acceptable and the Work was originally performed with the knowledge of the Engineer.
