Reference Number 0000327931 Sealed Request for Bids (RFB) will be received by the Purchasing Department Morris County Park Commission (the "Park Commission") for CONTRACT # 89-23 titled "REPOINTING OF THE FRONT EXTERIOR WALL OF THE STONE BARN AT WILLOWWOOD ARBORETUM" at the Morris County Park Commission's Administration Headquarters, located at the 300 Mendham Road, Morristown, New Jersey 07962, Bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Morris County Park Commission and marked with the name and address of the Bidder and the Contract Title and Number The scope of work includes repointing consisting of removal and installation of approximately 530 square feet of new mortar on the exterior front (Western facing) wall of the Stone Barn at the Willowwood Arboretum located at 300 Long Hill Road in Chester, New Jersey Job Location Willowwood Arboretum 300 Long Hill Road in Chester Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00 payable unconditionally to the Morris County Park Commission, Bidder shall submit with the bid a Certificate (Consent of Surety) with Power of Attorney for full amount of bid price from a surety Company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and acceptable to the Morris County Park Commission stating that it will provide said bidder with a Performance Bond in the full amount of the bid.
