Reference Number 0000327938 The County of Kane is seeking to retain the services from a qualified and experienced Vendor for complete snow removal and salting services in the Mill Creek Special Service Area District (SSA) of Mill Creek Subdivision located in Geneva, IL. The price for this Contract is for three (3) years, from October 15 through April 15 of each year, with a mutual option to extend for two (1) term extensions pending Kane County Board approval. Snow seasons commencing from October 15, 2023, through April 15, 2024, October 15, 2024, through April 15, 2025, and October 15, 2025, through April 15, 2026. When noted in the specifications, bids must be accompanied by a Bank Cashier's Check, Bank Draft, Certified Check, or Bid Bond for not less than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) or five (5%) percent of the amount of the Bid, or according to the schedule as provided. All Questions Pertaining To This Bid And/or The Scope Of Services Should Be Directed To The Purchasing Office As Listed On The Cover Sheet No Later Than , August 25, 2023 At 2:00 P.m., Fax And E-mail Accepted.
