Renovation of an educational facility in Kissimmee, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Questions concerning any portion of this Bid shall be directed in writing or by e-mail to the Purchasing Representative named below, who shall be the official point of contact for this Bid. Questions should be submitted prior to the question deadline scheduled for 12:00 PM on September 6, 2023. Work performed under this contract shall include all labor, materials, equipment necessary to provide the completion of the Reedy Creek Elementary School HVAC Replacement Project as shown in the Drawings and Specifications provided by SGM Engineering, Inc, dated July 21, 2023 (Attachment 1). Contractor is responsible to provide all equipment for this project. Contractor must provide a Manufacturer's 5 Year Warranty to include: Parts, Labor and Refrigerant for the Chiller. Include on the price sheet the cost for an additional 5 year (years 6-10) Warranty to include: Parts In addition to the scope of work described in the attached documents, awarded contractor shall provided a total web base graphics package for entire campus; the control contractor for this site is Total Building Integrations (866) 824-4450. The chilled water system water treatment shall be by the Owner's vendor, Kibler Chemical. Point of contact is Susan Boyde (407) 957-2225 Ext, 103, susan@kiblerchemical.com.
