Renovation of a multi-residential development in Bay City, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
This project will include removal and replacement for 10 residential gas fired furnaces at family dwellings owned and operated by the Bay City Housing Commission (BCHC). Scope of work: Five (5) furnaces will be immediately replaced and five additional locations with be identified and replaced in the next seven months. The addresses of the replacements are: 804 N. Dean; 316 N. Jefferson; 1021 1/2 Harrison; 809 Bangor; 1241 Wellington. Cleaning of existing supply and return ducts is required.
