Site work for a water / sewer project in Rosenberg, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project scope shall include the installation of approximately 5,065 LF of 8 PVC waterline; 4,300 LF of 8" PVC gravity sanitary sewer; and 4,432 LF of 24-72 RCP storm sewer. It is the responsibility of the Contractor bidding the project to ensure the accuracy of the reproduction of all Bid Documents and Construction Drawings. This includes, but is not limited to, proper scaling, paper width and length, etc. Failure to do so may result in errors in the Unit Bid Quantities and/or Bid Amounts. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total amount Bid. The successful bidder must furnish a Performance and a Payment Bond, each in the sum of 100 percent of the Contract Price and a two-year Maintenance Bond for 100 percent of the Contract Price, from a surety company holding a permit from the State of Texas to act as surety. Anticipated start date Mid October Contract time: Sixty (60) calendar days Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including without limitation the rights to reject any or all nonconforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional Bids and to reject the Bid of any bidder. 211-028-12
