Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Seaside, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.

Project Scope of Work: The Owner is seeking a qualified Contractor with current relevant experience in fire alarm replacement work that involves complete replacement of a Fire Alarm System. This Project is subject to both Prevailing Wage Rates and Davis Bacon. Contractors submitting bids are required to be registered with the Construction Contractor's Board. This solicitation does not obligate the Owner to pay any costs incurred in preparation of Statements of Qualifications and Proposal. The Owner reserves the right to reject any Statement of Qualifications and Proposal not in compliance with all prescribed requirements. The Owner reserves the right to reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, may reject a bid that does not comply with requirement to demonstrate bidder's responsibility under ORS 279C.375(3)(b), and may reject, for good cause, any or all bids upon a finding of the Owner that it is in the public interest to do so in accordance with ORS 279C.395. Any Protest Or Request For Change Must Be Delivered In Writing To Chris@kloshgroup.com On Or Before Seven (7) Calendar Days Prior To The Due Date For Statements Of Qualifications Deadline for Questions 8/23/23 by 5:00 pm 1. Permitting and inspections 2. Complete replacement of an existing, manual, and automatic fire alarm system. Replace all equipment, devices, and appliances. Remove Abandoned wiring and raceway. 3. The existing fire alarm system is to remain operational until the new system is installed, tested, and accepted by the AHJ. 4. Fire Alarm cabling and connections 5. Devices and panel procurement 6. Devices and panel installation 7. Devices and panel programming 8. Testing and commissioning per NFPA standards 9.
