Project Scope of Work: The Owner is seeking a qualified Contractor with current relevant experience in fire alarm replacement work that involves complete replacement of a Fire Alarm System. This Project is subject to both Prevailing Wage Rates and Davis Bacon. Contractors submitting bids are required to be registered with the Construction Contractor's Board. This solicitation does not obligate the Owner to pay any costs incurred in preparation of Statements of Qualifications and Proposal. The Owner reserves the right to reject any Statement of Qualifications and Proposal not in compliance with all prescribed requirements. The Owner reserves the right to reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, may reject a bid that does not comply with requirement to demonstrate bidder's responsibility under ORS 279C.375(3)(b), and may reject, for good cause, any or all bids upon a finding of the Owner that it is in the public interest to do so in accordance with ORS 279C.395.
